Ze made the fucking decision to block everyone under 13! WHAT THE FUCK MAN?!?!
And as far as we know, it's ONLY on the iCarly Wiki for now. It's like they hate us, or children. And like... half of the chat is under 13 years old. And that's quiet alot of my "chat friends".
